Silence Gas and Dark Spore will regularly do 1000~ breath-based damage until Armillaria's HP gets low. These attacks are conal, so avoid lining up party members to limit the damage done.
When Armillaria's HP reaches below 75%, it will always use Queasyshroom. Below 50%, it will always use Numbshroom. Below 25%, it will always use Shakeshroom. These moves are only executed once, and are purely based on HP; therefore they do not require TP to be used, nor do they consume Armillaria's TP.
Below approximately 30% HP, Armillaria may gain an approximate 10' status aura coinciding with its most recent TP move used. Spore will trigger a paralysis aura, Dark Spore will trigger a blindness aura, and Silence Gas will trigger a silence aura.
