Inertia Stream - 10' AoE damage + Bind.	Very potent Blaze Spikes when casting Fire spells, at start of fight 200-300/spike with Barfire, and nearly over 800/spike without. - It is has nothing to do with the enemy's HP for Blaze Spikes damage potency.
