Naming[]

Can we stop calling these Relic weapons? Relic stuff comes from dynamis. These don't.

I propose we start calling them Mystic weapons. I think i saw them referred to that way in one of the .dats ... gotta find it again. --Olo 19:20, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

If you read the news post, the difference is that the Dynamis weapons are "Relic Weapons" and the Nyzul weapons are called "Mythic Weapons". I don't know how to propose a name change, but I think we need to get that going. --Baroness 14:52, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

Okay, so how how about making it a category like Relic Weapons? --Melios 14:55, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

I just proposed the name change. I was trying to edit this talk page with the link. http://www.playonline.com/pcd/topics/ff11us/detail/3520/detail.html --Shanecf 14:58, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

Moved --GAHOO t/ c 15:26, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

Shouldn't we move the contents of that page into category:Mythic Weapons (like Relics)? --Melios 15:29, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
Not sure it is needed right now. Relic Weapons involve 80 forms (16 weapons x 5 levels), whereas the Mythic Weapons only involves 40 and is a much more simple dynamic. I am open to it - just not sure it is needed. --GAHOO t/ c 15:34, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
OK - I see your categorization. I am fine with moving it. Charitwo can do it via some export/import thing. --GAHOO t/ c 15:36, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
Done. --User:Charitwo/Sig 16:53, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

Possible Clues[]

So i was browzing around a friend's site and i found this video showing each of the upgraded Nyzul weapons using new Weapon skills, could these be another "form" of relic?

Yes, SE confirmed that they are Fall last year during Fanfest. --Futan 01:41, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

Separate Pages[]

Should we have separate pages for locked vs. unlocked mythics? I ask this because there is a picture of a locked mythic on Glanzfaust page which can be misleading. Shentok 21:09, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
