• Cleric's Bliaut increases the HP healed per tick by 3.
• Merits can boost this effect further (+1 to +5)
• Cleric's Bliaut + max merits = 28HP/tick for a maximum of 560 HP.

A level 99 Scholar under the effects of Light Arts increases the potency of Regen III to 44 HP/tick.

Automatons will only cast this spell when equipped with Soulsoother Head, maneuvers and attachments permitting.
