Critical Hit Rate[]
Removed "Increases target's Critical Hit Rate" line. I've never heard of this. Nor have a ever noticed this myself. (I'm RDM75 for what it's worth.) If this can be proven, with sources, I'll put it back. Until then, I'll consider this highly suspect. Keneth 22:27, December 23, 2009 (UTC)
