I'm sorry but this belt isn't that great i would take Velocious Belt over this even swift belt. Ninurta's Sash destroys this belt. ok for all you who are what u talking about this belt is awesome 7% haste. You haven't taken in to consideration that ALL your resistance to Elements are now -50 witch means you will never EVER resist a spell cast by a Mob every Enfeebling Magic spell will land and stick and thats not good especially if your a tank. then theres o i will macro it in but don't forget about the -75hp also during that time u have belt on u r venerable to Enfeebling spells. also with all this new gear out its not really needed haste caps at 25% i think so here r my comparisons th differences between belts
Ninurta's Sash
DEF: 6 Attack +6 "Subtle Blow" +6 Spell interruption rate down 6% this is a godly piece and is really hard to obtain dropping of the most difficult mob in the game Absolute Virtue who now with the Level cap raised isnt as hard as he use to be but is still a pain in the ass to kill and can easily whip a entire alliance of 85s

Velocious Belt
nothing special about it but it but it doesn't have all the -Elements or -75hp that Bullwhip Belt has. it's not as hard to obtain as Ninurta's Sash but drop rate is terrible
And that is why Bullwhip Belt is not as good as everyone thinks + With all the new Empyrean Armor u can hit haste cap without it but thats just my >>>>Opinion<<<< you decide.

-50 Resistances does absolutely nothing; you're not going to resist any spell, inside or outside of Abyssea, especially in Voidwatch. -75 HP? Lol. As for Ninurta's Sash, still the best waist in the game, and Bullwhip beats Velocious, period. And no, even with the new AF3 armour, most jobs still can't cap Haste.

Yea its actually harder then it seems on some jobs to cap haste like BST for example without a 7% haste belt there is no way of capping unless you use a blitz ring and tiercel neck piece,(i might be wrong about this but from the info i picked up this seems right.) So this leaves only a 7% haste belt to fill the gap to be able to use a better neck and ring.So this belt does infact have a good use for BST anyway. twilight fills that void better but still this is nice.
