Something that I have never been to clear on, and looked for here, so I thought others might also be looking for here is, what is the difference between "convert HP to MP 20" and an item that is HP-20, MP+20? Runeghost 09:59, 26 March 2007 (EDT)
Not much, in the end. It's more discernible when it's the other way around. When it's MP to HP, if you don't have the MP, then you don't get any HP, where if it were HP +20 MP -20, if you didn't have MP, you'd still get the HP. --Chrisjander 11:08, 26 March 2007 (EDT)
Convert Gear will give you a lower current HP without actually modifying your 'total' HP for calculation of Sublimation, lvl 50 Latent rings, etc... For example if you had 500 hp naked, and had 250 convert hp > mp gear, you'd still have a max hp of 500 for those calculations, even though you only appear to have 250. --Goriru 05:45, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
