Midnight JST[]
Tested correct, but also encountered a minor complication along the way. If you talk to the door early and get the too impatient message, then leave your character idle there, he won't give you your boots after midnight JST unless you zone and come back. It took me a bit to figure out that this was happening, and it's really annoying. Logging out doesn't work either.
