We just had this item drop in Dynamis - Qufim shortly after it was released. Maybe this is a bug that will be fixed soon, since it doesn't go along with the rest of the NQ AF rules for CoP zones. As such I will not edit the page with this information. --Yajirobe 04:33, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
