Not just the fact that on Cerberus it's rather hard to get a group for vunkerl going, but the actual drop rate for these feet is beyond rediculous compared to acquistion of the other two empyrean types. Been full on amber light getting supersized chests and still of the 4 hours here only two Navarch feet (cor) have appeared. I really think the droprates for these and the seals are just a bit off. Maybe we're fighting the wrong mobs but the bats, puks, and crawlers seem the best to go at with a mediocre pickup group. I apologize for the ranting but it's getting rather annoying >,.,> and would like to see if other people have obtained these with greater ease :/ --Zetsugan 10:23, September 25, 2010 (UTC)

I haven't even seen one blu with the basic versions on, so I'm gonna agree with you on this. Even some people walk around with the basic versions of their gear just cause they like how it looks, even if not upgraded yet. But these, not ONE single blu I have seen with them yet. (Siren) I have +1 head and half of legs but the task has taken every day for 2 weeks of luck based BS. Some can put 20 minutes in and get things done, others more dedicated can put in weeks and hours each day and not even get it done cause of this extreme luck bs. I'm getting sick of it personally. A little luck is ok, but this, it doesn't even feel rewarding.

I've only seen 2 other people with these feet and both were Japanese. Managed to get my pair after a solid 5 hours of partying in Vunkerl with capped lights. In that same time, we saw 2xSMN, 4xNIN, SCH, COR, and DRG. --Eremes 23:24, October 23, 2010 (UTC)

So there is now a ray of hope! Went looking for the Happy Friday on Allakhazam's site and right on the front page was the Q&A! I was enthralled as I read that the acquisition of the AF3 feet would be more readily obtainable from gold chests. Something about increasing the small chests item percentage instead of waiting for large ones to appear. Here's the link http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/story.html?story=23813 man i'm so excited now ^^ Zetsugan 20:21, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

I suppose this will make low-manning (and I mean really low-manning, like 3-4 people) AF3 feet without capped lights more feasible. I do wonder if this will make a big difference though. We were getting large Gold Pyxis for several hours, and while we got a decent number of feet, some feet were still exceptionally rare. Maybe large Gold Pyxis will have their rates upped to reflect this change? --Eremes 17:58, October 25, 2010 (UTC)

Moved this from the main page; comments such as this belong here. --Sunfox 20:55, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

"** Just for spite,it seems the drop rate on this is like 0.000000002%  :("
