Talk: Rusty Leggings

I got a ton of these fishing in Port Jeuno with a Composite Fishing Rod and a Worm Lure. Also will catch Rusty Subligar, Rusty Bucket, Yellow Globe and Cobalt Jellyfish. But Leggings are the dominant catch, in my experience.
