This spell lasts 3 minutes unresisted. The status effect it gives is called "Inhibit TP". I haven't seen if it can stack with Penance. As for how useful it is, I have been able to land it on some NMs such as Lacovie and Chloris, but cannot on say, Dvalinn, who has very high magic resistance. It's nice to have if you have Ninja for whatever reason (Trying to secure elemental WS weakness or something), but it's not going to save NIN's rather shunned status ingame at this moment.

Yurin's element[]
according to a nin in my LS, Yurin is Earth based, not darkness based. I'm not a nin, so if someone could take a screenshot of the little scroll-deely in the menu to confirm yurin's elemental alignment, it would be much appreciated --Theytak 20:41, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
